Hi Anil, sorry for the late reply as I was quite busy in some other activities due to Durga Puja festival. The Khooni Neelam is a gemstone which is a combination of red and blue color. In most cases, the astrologer avoid prescribing it as it harms to the native. As it has the color of Red (Mars Color) and blue (Saturn color) it is harmful unless the planet Mars and Saturn are in powerful position. The Khooni Neelam is synonymous to Purple Sapphire. You should wear either Diamond 1 Carat or its substitute White Sapphire at least 5 carats with silver or white gold in the middle finger. It is not necessary to touch the skin. It is very difficult to tell trusted website and place to buy Pukhraj.However, I have recommended some of my clients from USA to buy from gempundit.com and rudraksha-ratna.com as I found it difficult to send the stone through courier. It needs license and other formalities to sell gems abroad. Amazon.in has wide ranges of gems. However, rates are variable and very difficult to know which one is good having just seen the images of the stone.

Hi Rakesh, Jupiter becomes weak or debilitated when it remains within 10 degree of Capricorn. However, your Jupiter is in the 19 degree of Capricorn. So, there is no case of debilitation of Jupiter. The Jupiter Mahadasha has started on 24th December 2016 which will bring good result. Generally, Mahadasha and Antardasha of the same planet does not bring good result. Hence, you will have to wait till February 2019 to reap good result of Jupiter.
As far as Yellow Sapphire is concerned, you should avoid it as the planet Jupiter is not a natural benefic planet for your ascendant. You should wear Blue Sapphire at least 4 carats with silver on Saturday.

Hi Rakesh, the time difference will not make any differences for recommending gems. However, it is always wise to give right time. The planet Jupiter in your chart is not exalted, ownsigned and weak. The planet Jupiter is posited in the Capricorn in the weak house. But it is not going to give you weak result. It is like a perforated boat still floating. So nothing to worry about Jupiter result.
Jupiter is permanent in your birth chart and will sit in the same house all the life long.
