When and how to use gemstone to ward off negative influence of the planets

The remedial measure is the part and parcel of the Indian astrology. The specialty of the Hindu predictive technology is the remedial measure through the gemstone.
There are many sorts of techniques that foretell your future. However, no predictive science tells the remedial measure except Indian Vedic astrology.

There are ample of remedial measures that the astrologer prescribe while reading your birth chart. The Kundli or birth chart is by far the best tool to prescribe infallible remedial measures that really works. The gemstone plays an important role in the field of Indian astrological science. Almost every astrologer does prescribe gems at the time of negative influence of the planets. These gemstones are the boons when every moment of your life moving with extreme difficulties.
The sudden loss of business, stagnant career, loveless marriage, loss of children and incurable diseases forces us to consult a wise astrologer. The astrologer finds the ways to dispel the negative influence of the planets.

Why astrologer recommends gemstones

Although there are hundreds of methods that can prevent the negative impact of the planets, the astrologer recommends gemstones. The gemstones are very expensive which is not affordable by everyone.
Still why astrologer prescribes gems?
The answer is very clear that the other remedial measures are difficult to perform.

Mantra
Chanting Mantra is not everybody’s cup of tea. It is very difficult to chant Mantra correctly. The Mantra requires auspicious Muhurt and we need to devote sufficient time. Today, the people have no time to devote for chanting Mantra.

Tantra

Yantra
We all are aware of Yantra. At least we all have heard of Sri Yantra a house hold name among the Hindu people. There are multifarious Yantra such as Vastu Yantra, Kuber Yantra, Saraswati Yantra, Navgrah Yantra and much more.
There are hundreds of Yantras that we have at least watched on the television or gone through on the internet.
The Yantra can be a tedious job and will not certainly bring result unless you have used it with relevant rules and regulation. The Yantra needs to have Pran Pratistha (installation).  Finding correct Yantra again a difficult task.
The question comes again if it should be carved on gold, silver, copper, Panch Dhatu (Five metals) or Asht Dhatu ( 8 metals). So, generally, the people find it difficult to keep and worship yantra.

Rudraksha
The Rudraksha is an integral part of the saints and sages from the time immemorial. The Rudraksha signifies Lord Shiva. The wearer of the Rudraksha gets blessings from Lord Shiva. Nowadays, the Rudraksha is one of the most important remedial measures in astrology.
However, there are certain rules that prohibit the users to avoid Rudraksha. For example, you should not use Rudraksha if you are habitual of eating non-vegetarian foods. It is also not recommended to use Rudraksha while having physical intimacy with the life partner.

Roots and Herbs
The roots and herbs are the cheapest ways of the remedial measure. The 9 planets have been assigned different roots for the removal of negative influence of the planetary forces.
However, recognizing and finding right roots is an uphill task. You can’t always rely on the dealers who deal in the herbal products.
Now, came to know that that Tantra, Mantra, Yantra, Rudraksha and roots or herbs are the difficult remedial measure which can’t be performed easily by the common people.
Hence, the astrologer does prescribe gemstone to prevent misfortune that has taken place due to the negative influence of the planets.

When to use gemstone?
There is a widespread misconception that the people would consult astrologer at the bad time which is absolutely wrong. It is true that the people consult when the time runs bad. However, the people who have been already doing well also take advantage of astrology and gemstone to progress in life.
Whatever may be the situation, the gemstone plays an important role in the field of astrology. There are different kinds gems such as precious and semi-precious. These 9 precious gems have been assigned to the nine planets.

Bad Mahadasha and use of stone
The gemstones are generally recommended when you have been running a very bad phase in your life. You have a lot of health issues, marital discord, domestic violent and financial losses etc. Then you should consult an astrologer immediately.

Bad Antardasha and use of gems
The Antardasha or sub-period of planets do harm sometimes. Though the span of the Antardasha is small, the malefic Antardasha can harm to a great extent. The police case, litigation, huge medical bills, lovesickness, and violence can knock your door without intimation. So, the gemstone can be a boon to get rid of these obstacles in life.

What should be the weight of the gemstone?
As a rule, the people use the gemstone without knowing the weight of the gemstone. Sometimes, my client says that I got this Yellow Sapphire from a saint which was free. However, it is very important to get the gemstone recommended by a wise astrologer.
There is no hard and fast rule about the weight of the gemstone and it is not recommended by any ancient books.
Usually, the gemstone is used as per the weight of the native. The weight of the gemstone should be at least 5 Carats for an adult. If the person is heavy, 1 Carat is recommended per 10 KG weight.

Rituals and gemstones
It is highly recommended to use gemstone after appropriate rituals. The gemstone will not give relevant result if it is not purified by the rituals. Hence, you should dip the gemstone either in the Ganga’s water or cow milk to sanctify. You should chant the mantra 108 times that is allocated to the particular planet.

Combination of gemstone
Most of the cases it is seen that the people use the irrelevant combination of gems. The use of unmatchable gems can be extremely harmful. So, it is highly recommended to consult an astrologer who is well-versed in the field of gemology.

The following gems should not be used together

• Ruby – Blue sapphire, Gomedh and Cat’s eye is not recommended along with Ruby
• Pearl – Diamond, Emerald, Blue Sapphire, Gomedh and Cat’s eye should not be used together with pearl
• Red Coral – Emerald, Blue Sapphire, Diamond, Cat’s eye and Gomedh is strictly prohibited together.
• Emerald – Red Coral, Pearl, and Yellow Sapphire is strictly prohibited
• Yellow Sapphire – Diamond, Gomedh, Blue Sapphire and Gomedh are not prescribed
• Diamond – Ruby, Pearl, Red Coral and Yellow Sapphire is restricted
• Blue Sapphire – Ruby, Red Coral, Pearl and Yellow Sapphire should not be used along with Blue Sapphire
• Gomedh – Ruby, Pearl and Yellow Sapphire is restricted
• Cat’s Eye – Ruby, Pearl, Red Coral and Yellow Sapphire is not recommended

Use of Gemstone and Zodiac sign
