Although you are born with Aquarius ascendant, the Blue Sapphire is not requied now as a priority since it is posited in the 11th house. I am of opinion that the planet Venus is the lord of 4th house and 9th house which is the most beneficial planet (Yoga Karak). The planet Venus is posited in the 12th house. Hence, wearing Diamond or its substitute white sapphire will be highly beneficial. Wearing Diamond or White Sapphire along with Blue Sapphire the gemstone for Lagna lord can do wonder.
